Frequently asked questions
Will I get the crystal shown in the listing?
In almost all cases, yes, the stone you see is the stone you will receive. Occasionally, if I have multiples and they are nearly identical, you may receive one that is very similar to, but not exactly, the one shown. This will always be noted in the item description.
When will my order ship?
My processing time (time from when I receive the order to when I ship it out) is currently 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. I make every effort to ship orders sooner when possible. I know waiting is the hardest part! If you need an order by a certain date, please convo me to make sure it is possible.
Does RocksAndChainz recycle?
YES!! You may find a variety of recycled shipping material in your order, from packing paper to bubble wrap. My number one priority is making sure your crystals arrive safely, followed closely by reducing waste and reusing materials wherever possible.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please send me a message ASAP if you need to cancel! As long as your order hasn't shipped, I'm happy to cancel and refund in full.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Message me as soon as possible! In general, I do not accept returns, but I am also a human and want to resolve any issues you have.
I have a shop. Do you sell wholesale?
No, I do not offer wholesale. I do occasionally offer small bulk parcels of select items, which can be found in the "bulk crystal parcels" section of my shop. I do NOT offer any drop shipping.
Can you hold a crystal for me until payday?
Probably! Send me a message and let me know what you would like held. I am happy to reserve a listing for a few days.
Will you cleanse the stones before mailing?
Yes! All of my crystals are regularly cleansed and cleared in my inventory, and will be cleansed and cleared before sending. They are ready for you to set your intentions!
I placed an order the other day, and another order today. Can you combine shipping?
As long as I haven't shipped your first order, I am happy to combine! PLEASE leave a note in the second order or send me a message asking to combine - I work orders "first in, first out" and generally will not see your second order in time otherwise.
